The following requirements must be met in order to provide feedback to a provider:

  • The project in question must have actually been implemented by the selected provider for the reviewer's company.
  • The reviewer is not a former employee of the provider.
  • The reviewer is not currently employed by the provider and has no financial interest in the provider company.
  • The reviewer played a decision-making role on the customer side during the implementation of the project.
  • Only one review may be submitted per project and customer.

Yes, you can also evaluate ongoing projects. However, in such cases, the project must have started at least 3 months ago.

The ranking in our directories is based on the Feedbax score, which is calculated individually for each company profile in each directory. The higher the score, the better the ranking in the respective directory.

Our Feedbax score takes into account several factors with different weightings in order to sort the directories in the best possible way according to the quality of the profiles.

The factors of the new ranking algorithm are as follows:

  • Number of matching case studies (highest weighting): For example, 10 case studies in the area of app development will earn 100 score points for the app development directory.
  • Feedbax ratings (very high weighting): More recent ratings count more. A 5-star rating that is one week old can contribute up to 10 times more to the Feedbax score than a two-year-old rating.
  • Integrated reviews from other sources (high weighting).
  • A lack of reviews results in a deduction of 50 score points. Example: A company profile without customer reviews, whether directly via Feedbax or from other portals, will be penalized.
  • Number of case studies (high weighting): 10 case studies are worth 20 score points.
  • Percentage of expertise: If, for example, 90% of a company's expertise lies in app development, 90 score points are awarded for the app development directory.
  • Profile progress: A profile progress of 90% earns 90 score points for all directories.

The provider's areas of expertise are defined by the services they offer.
E-commerce development, for example, is a service offered by a service provider. To do this, the provider can define its focus on one or more of the following points:
