Hello everyone, The store is a total failure from start to finish. - lousy delivery time - lousy goods - lousy customer service Never, !never! again!!! If you care about money & lifetime, just buy somewhere else - done. ✔️

I was quite the happy camper the first few months I signed up with them. There was a 10% discount on all items I ordered from there. Lately, packages are sent late and although they apologize for this long after the fact, meaning after I received the order late, it has no value. At least, they could offer a promotional code on the next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Returns are the same - it takes now forever to process them although tracking showed they have been received. The worst part? They cancel accounts saying they have a right to do so because it is not profitable? Why? Because returns were made. Your policy states returns could be made in 100 days even. Items were returned as soon as they were fitted. They were sent back because they did not fit or were defective. That is a customer’s right. Also, before, there was no minimum order for free shipping. Now it’s at least 29. Hmmm, this business model IMO will not last long - long deliveries and returns, poor customer service, and atrocious unjustified treatment of accounts they perceive as unprofitable.

I did get the return from one order refunded, but I accidentally paid twice for the item I kept. It seems impossible to get in touch with AbourYou. First they refer you to Klarna, then they refer you back. For days I've only been able to write to a chatbot from AboutYou, which doesn't understand that the refund from the return has nothing to do with my double payment. A contact button for a human employee was finally available today: 910 minutes waiting time. Are you serious???? This is the last straw, I want my overpaid money back and that seems impossible. A rip-off.

Purchased a skirt from Romania and was surprised to see the color was not quite the same as on their online shop. And I bought it especially for the color. Not gonna be their client again.

People be careful with "About you Outlet". The customer service is super bad, only prefabricated e-mails and the subject of the request is not properly addressed...and if your name is not on the bell and you give your c/o name in the extra line, this is not printed on the label. The only answer you get is that it's your own fault if you don't enter your name correctly, even though they add the address supplement for this information. So the item goes back to the warehouse and you can't order the items again at the outlet prices due to the long delivery time. What a pity.

I ordered online, package was sent by DHL and they lost my items. Aboutyou.de does nothing, for help, or refund.
