I'm sorry to say that I have to move on from my initially positive image of the agency. As an applicant, I had positive conversations with the agency. The second one was very enriching, until the rejection came. I was very surprised about this, as I had a very positive view of both the client and the agency. When I asked for the reason for the rejection, I was confronted with my discrepancy. To give me as a reason that they doubted the quality of my work and that I was evasive when asked about the integrity of my work is simply absurd. If it had needed more explanation there, one can probably muten the interviewer to directly Nachhaken. The straw that broke the camel's back was the boss's suggestion that I prove myself free of charge. That is not in order and also not acceptable. I think the agency has thereby lost a vital commitment.
We have been working very well and trustfully with Blumberry for several years.
