0Quick appointment, fits. Appointment unfortunately forgotten, no call beckommen after clarification it says we will get back to you. Technician has reported a little later, after checking the error, the technician has not eliminated the error, the time is still billed. To the he wanted a new appointment which I had to cancel because of the doubt of success and further expenses.
0Hello Mr. Kraus, You had contact with our technicians twice: in December 2021 for 0.50 h and one year later in December 2022 for 1.00 h. We now suspect that you were not satisfied with the assignment in December 2022. Why did you not complain about this to us? So we would have had the chance to improve and also if necessary to create a credit note. Now simply writing a bad review via Google is rather not purposeful. Too bad. The requirements of a growing company are becoming more and more demanding for all involved, especially in IT. We have now found a suitable partner in Danner IT for more than 10 years. Even the upcoming change to the cloud on the latest Windows server 2022 is perfectly accompanied without further ado. The unknown software packages that we as customers want to include in the existing IT landscape are implemented without major obstacles and all coordination is taken over. Dear Danner team. Please keep it up, this way every change can be managed.

0Hello Merkle, Unfortunately, you are right. Customers who have concluded a service agreement with us are actually serviced faster and "normal" customers have to expect waiting times. We would like to change this situation immediately. However, we do not have additional specialized personnel available. If you know an IT administrator for 1st and 2nd level support, who would like to change, you can refer to us.
