Very competent team. Protect yourself and your data. It's important to be up to date. Smartphone, tablets, PC or Mac, there's a solution for everything here.
0Not even worth a star if they ignore the fact that you have canceled and then suddenly send you a reminder, even though you haven't even used their virus protection for ages or even have it on your PC. Customer-hostile to the power of ten. Cancellation is only accepted as soon as you threaten a lawyer. No reminders are sent for invoices. They are forwarded directly to a debt collection agency. It is almost impossible to reach someone on the phone. If you do get through, you are told that even if the service has not been provided or you are unable to use their software, this is no reason to object to their payment claim. Extremely dubious. They just keep repeating that they are the test winner, but don't clarify the problem. You are not even forwarded to the accounting department. I had begun to wonder whether they even existed. Lawyer is in the loop anyway.

0Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. It would be nice if the first reminders were sent directly by post. And not send the last reminder directly by post. The whole thing had a very bland aftertaste. Especially as there was no deliberate delay.
1We had a great workshop on site and learned a lot. The provision of food, drinks and snacks was great. The technical equipment was great too. We were pleased to get to know some of the Premium Support team in person, who we had previously only met on the phone.
