1I was very relieved that my underperforming Medion laptop could be "cleaned up" and updated so that the audio system could be fixed and working again. And it did so immediately and inexpensively. Would have had to get something new otherwise. Absolutely recommendable!
1I can only say in terms of repair, the one seems to have no idea because of the laptop of my fruendin the no longer went on we wanted to have it repaired this took but no money for the analysis we have then one day left there on the same day I got a call that the lappy is no longer repairable he unscrewed the part only to the surface of the mainboard and there you could not find any error the fact is that there is a bios battery on the underside of the mainboard that can fix the problem after inserting a new battery the good gentleman has saved the effort despite that we have said that on the mainboard ne bios battery is located he ignored that and said the laptop got a short circuit my conclusion when we arrived there we found a chaotic office where only the one sits with the never again!!!!!!!!!!
0It's a pity actually, the company presents itself on your homepage as an absolute specialist for the media players from DUNE. There is no response to e-mail inquiries about individual products, and if you then call them and ask two or three specific questions about a particular device, you only get "maybe", "I don't know", "I think so" and "it's sold out anyway" as an answer. Less desire and interest in the customer is hardly possible!
0I am very satisfied. We were just there with a somewhat old PC. We had switched from Windows 7 to 10. After that, Outlook no longer worked. The boss himself solved the problem completely and saved all the data. To do this, all updates had to be rolled back and reinstalled, then Outlook had to be reloaded and set up. Finally, the old data (mails, contacts, etc.) had to be imported. For the effort, the price of 50 € was not too much.
