I have been a KAPA customer for almost six years and have been extremely satisfied with all the services that KAPA has provided for me so far. The employees who have come to my house to solve my computer or media problems have also been very competent and very friendly. I am a private user and occasionally need professional help in the areas of computers and telecommunications, including for new purchases and consultations. KAPA gives me the security of knowing that I will be helped immediately in the event of a problem. The services are charged extremely fairly and at fair prices. It is also worth mentioning that KAPA also takes care of small private orders.

Great team, very friendly. I can't imagine anything that they can't solve in some way. Above all, you can still get things done there that other people are too afraid to do because it's not quick money. And with over 30 years on the market, they're a veteran. You have to manage that first.

As a long-time customer of KAPA Computer GmbH, I am deeply disappointed with the services they have provided over the past few months. It seems they have completely lost their focus on customer satisfaction and quality. My experience with them has been one roller coaster ride of incompetence and lack of professionalism.... However, what disappointed me the most was their seeming indifference to our business concerns. When we asked them to assist with an urgent security incident, they did not respond for several days and it seemed as if they did not recognize the urgency of the problem. The resulting downtime had a significant negative impact on our operations and customer relationships.... Review: Never again!!!
2Dear stranger, we know each of our customers in detail. We would know such a case. In the last two years we have not lost a single customer, in the last five years we have lost one. Are you sure you mean us? Serious reviewers also mention their name or seek a personal conversation. If you can really prove the case, why not write with your name and still advertise yourself. Then a better service provider can find you as well. The last reviews are already very obvious and clumsy. Do you think the visitors of our site are stupid? You will not reach your goal this way. Obviously, our employee has hit a very sore spot with his private review at the company in Marl. But unlike these reviews here, he had receipts and used his real name. He lost a lot of money he had saved. The management should have reacted reasonably, mistakes can always happen. But they did not. It is true that there is our logo on the equipment. This is what it looks like when the customer can do everything himself for cost reasons or has only the most necessary things done. Some customers can just do it that way, our employees are just not that smart and have to learn their job 3 years in training. As several times in the last 13 years, we offer to rework the system and do it professionally. It's strange that you publicly announce it only after more than 13 years. On the basis of the photo we can assign the plant to a natural stone trade in Marl, we have taken this info here from our ticket system. If you wish, we will be happy to give you all the dates on which we offered to clean up the wiring.

3Dear Mr. Ayhan, Managing Director of Milas Natustein GmbH in insolvency. One of our employees found out about your insolvency through a public portal. He has PRIVATELY tried for 2 years to find a way with you personally that you complete his construction defects and unfinished work in his private apartment. Unsuccessfully. Unfortunately, he paid the bill to help based on years of good experience because you were already in bad financial shape at the time. After paying the bill, he was simply left sitting on his unfinished construction site. After two years and becoming aware of the bankruptcy, he politely inquired on your Google reviews what will become of his work now because you are unavailable to him. A very long patience. Oddly enough, since that day reviews pile up here to discrediet our company, although one has nothing to do with the other. You could have simply stood by your mistakes and told this private person, who is now losing her savings, to stand by your cause honorably and do the work fairly. But to simply collect a 5-digit sum and then abandon the construction site and sit it out until insolvency, we think is borderline. There we stand as Fira fully to our employee and ignore the negative reviews. About your photos: The pictures you published are partially correct, see our response to Selim. A server and UPS would never be set up by us like this, but presumably the tables on which it stood safely for years were cleared out as part of the bankruptcy.
