Completely pointless as a DPD store. The opening hours are 10-15 hrs. There are actually people who go to work at this time and can't pick up their parcel. Now I have it sent back to the seller and shop elsewhere.

UPS delivers parcels there if you are not available at home. Parcel can be picked up between 10-15:00. Underground!!!! What working person has the time? Nothing can be arranged by phone! Hopefully another parcel won't be delivered there.
Thank you for this valuable contribution. Yes, it's true that people are actually working at the time, and so are we. It's also not entirely clear to me what you have to clarify over the phone about a parcel. We have conventional telephones and parcels simply don't fit through the receiver. Although, we haven't tried it yet. For all other questions about parcels, please contact your parcel service ... as you were informed in advance by the announcement on the phone. I drove to the store to pick up the UPS parcel with a slightly queasy feeling, but everything worked out perfectly. The gentleman handed over the parcel to me accordingly and finished it, made some small talk, I found him to be a nice person. Yes, the opening hours aren't too long, but I can understand managing the parcel store on the side, as it's not worth having a permanent second employee. Especially things like illnesses or vacations are difficult to cope with. Unfortunately, UPS didn't ring the doorbell or try to deliver despite working from home. But the on-site attempt to collect worked perfectly, I can't fault it at all. And just as an aside > the gentleman is not responsible for the delivery or non-delivery of the actual service provider, so maintaining composure is helpful.

Totally unsuitable as a parcel pick-up store! Unfortunately, I fell for the company's own website and the sign in front of the building stating opening times 8:00-18:00, according to GLS until 17:00. After three collection attempts (1. spontaneously closed, 2. 9:00 am, 3:30 pm closed), several phone calls and two e-mails, I received a call with the information that he is also working, namely 10:00-15:00. Supposedly this has also been on the sign since March... The parcel was picked up again today. If the parcel comes to him again, he will refuse it... A UPS and GLS store with opening hours from 10:00-15:00 is simply inappropriate. You should do without the obviously necessary extra income ...
