Working with colleagues from leafworks is a very pleasant experience. Solutions are sought, not problems. Also, the business benefit is in the foreground and not the technology. We work together in the area of zendesk as app development and other services in this context (e.g. reporting or interfaces, etc.).
1I can only recommend projects with Leafworks. At mokebo, we work very successfully with Leafworks. Among other things, we developed a Zendesk app together to connect our ERP system. Further promising automation projects are in the pipeline. At Leafworks, in-depth expertise meets pragmatic and customer-centric implementation. I can only recommend - we will continue to optimize our workflows and infrastructure in CS with Leafworks in the long term.
