0I have been called by this number/company at least 10 if not 20 times in the last few weeks, now I have called back to simply clarify this briefly... the person on the phone seriously, MULTIPLE times, accused me of having an error in my phone system... this statement in itself was absolutely ridiculous but he still kept insisting that it was definitely not them, they only had customers in the area and were not advertising etc.. He said he looked up the name and number in the system and found nothing, he became increasingly unfriendly and, for no reason at all, loud. I actually already wanted to stall him because the whole conversation didn't seem to be going anywhere and I didn't want to be made to look like an idiot and shouted at or laughed at... He started again about how I had done something wrong. Now it was too much for me and I said I would just block the number and send them my call list by email. He said again that I should wait, he talked and laughed again with his colleagues, then he tried to make me believe that CONTRACTORS were probably misusing the company's number and calling ahead etc... finally, after another "wait", it came out that this very company, personally, was to blame for the mistake and that I, surprisingly, was NOT too incompetent to use a telephone. Who would have thought that? Finally, I told the nice gentleman that I had never experienced anything so extremely unfriendly. He then said that I was unfriendly and hung up! So, I didn't start getting loud and quick-tempered over such a small thing. I didn't make a mistake either. To summarize: No insight or apology; Quickly becomes increasingly rude and loud; Unprofessional; No manners; Makes you look like an idiot, constantly interrupts you. Is strongly convinced of himself or thinks he is better... (English: hilarious; made my day) I can only strongly advise anyone reading this not to seriously contact this company in any way. It doesn't matter who the customer is or isn't, nobody should voluntarily expose themselves to such malicious treatment!

Was there with a buddy because we had a problem with the exchange of his power supply. We were told that they had tested the PC completely and that the mainboard and possibly more parts were a total loss. When we went with the PC to Snogard (highly recommended), the technician there just plugged in a new cable and the PC was running again. This is more than embarrassing, especially because we were lied to. I will keep my distance from this store in the future.
2Wanted to spontaneously get a few things in the PC to upgrade, extra fast at noon to the store, of course that will be more expensive than at Amazon, but for that you can install it immediately. Parking space searched, parking fee paid, ... Store is closed! Google says closes at 13:00. It was 12.15. So, continue to order from Amazon or continue to Frechen, if you need service, they have at least open all day.
2Dear Mr. Moll, thank you for visiting us. As signaled on the store door and on our window display, our hours for accepting repairs and picking up orders are Mon.-Fri. 14:00-17:00. Our office hours are 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00. During these hours we support customers via remote maintenance. We are not designed for spontaneous purchase of computer parts after Corona time. We provide for our end customers our workshop service in which we check, repair and "tune" your systems. We have many spare parts in stock to ensure a quick repair of the customer systems. As a small compensation for your unsuccessful journey, we are happy to provide you with a free check of your system worth 39 euros and hope for a more positive assessment from you next time. I had my computer on site due to an operating system update. Afterwards, all data and programs were gone. I am self-employed. My accounting, customer files, photos...all permanently deleted. The bill for this was outrageously high
2sorry that you were not satisfied. For us it is very important to inform our customers about all procedures when a device is taken into our workshop. This is the only way to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved. This also includes, among other things, that we principally offer a chargeable data backup before accepting a workshop order, if this is still technically possible. We recommend all customers and users to regularly keep a backup of their system according to the 3-2-1 principle. 3 backups on 2 different media and at an additional external location ensure a high probability of not losing any data. We are sorry that we could not fully satisfy you with your order.
