The provider Mediaplan was recommended to us by Plentymarkets, because apparently this agency has the best developers.

There was no procedure, that's the problem. Mediaplan simply did nothing, so nothing at all except write an invoice.

Really bad, really bad. There was a video call, then a lot of promises and then nothing. Just nothing.

Everything, the service provider is unfortunately untrustworthy. Unfortunately, we have to hand over the issue to a lawyer.
