In September 2020, I brought two laptops to Mr. Öszoy for a kind of inspection. He refurbished these laptops to my complete satisfaction. For the aforementioned reason, I decided to buy a new laptop from Mr. Öszoy in August 2022 without negotiating the price and paid a total of over €1,900 for hardware and software including setup. I used to set up my computer myself and it often took me a few weeks to get it where I wanted it. That's why I decided to call in a specialist to set up the new laptop and went to Mr. Öszoy. But apparently he was unable to cope with the task. First the software supposedly didn't work, then it was supposedly a chip that had to be reprogrammed, etc., etc. Then, for a fee, I asked him to connect my old laptops to a network with the new laptop, which worked at first. Unfortunately, I didn't write down how many times I had to visit Mr. Öszoy because the new laptop wasn't working again. And when, after a reinstallation, it was finally up and running, I asked Mr. Öszoy to reconnect the two old laptops, which had already been done once, but had been lost due to the reinstallation. He couldn't do it, for whatever reason. And after this futile attempt, the new laptop didn't work properly again. So I brought the new laptop back to him and asked him to reset it to its original state, to disregard the other laptops and that would be that. He did this and the new laptop now worked perfectly. I then connected my two old laptops myself with the help of movies from the Internet. It was done within an hour and I managed it as a non-expert. I thought Mr. Öszoy was an expert! After the last visit, I said goodbye with the words "goodbye" and that's how it will stay. 25.03.203 Addendum based on the counterstatement by Mr. Öszoy. Mr. Öszoy's counterstatement is an outrageous assertion that is not true from top to bottom. It is now a defensive allegation. You do not mention that the laptop always shut down by itself when it was in energy-saving mode and that there is allegedly something wrong with a chip. You also justified the conditional crashes in my software by saying that when I switch to energy-saving mode, all programs should also close, which was simply laughable and others reading this will also laugh about it. If I'm not even allowed to install new software, it's a joke that you're making now. I've never experienced anything like it in my life. You weren't even able to properly link Apple's iCloud program with Windows and I only managed to do it with great difficulty. I broke something once and that was because you hadn't installed I-cloud properly, and I paid you extra for the reprocessing! It wasn't done for nothing, as is now claimed. Also, I certainly could have fixed it myself, but the way you encrypted the laptop, I couldn't have dreamed of doing it myself. It is also very interesting that the recurring error "User account not found" or "The user account is currently locked......" (see photos), which you always blamed on Windows 11 as being a known error, has disappeared since I finished setting it up myself. When I finally got back to a user level, it sometimes took me 1/2 hour! Pure despair! Now the question arises as to who made the mistake here, or "Find the error!". A computer expert who can't even merge three laptops into a private network and attributes his mistakes to Windows 11 is not an expert in my book.
0It is a pity that I get such a rating from you although I have done everything to make you satisfied, but unfortunately you forgot to mention here that you had different problems every time and the reason of all problems was user (operation error). Your problems always started after a few weeks after you picked up your device, and each time we found out that the problem was not a hardware error, but a software error, and the reason for these problems were some setting changes you made yourself that did not work with Windows 11. We reinstalled your system several times free of charge with additional software that you always wanted, then everything worked until you messed everything up again. As a computer scientist with 30 years of experience, I have done everything to make you happy, I hope you will eventually see that the fault is not with the computer but with the way you use it. Nevertheless I wish you all the best and good health.
