We ordered a larger set of cups and saucers from newStyle and everything went really well! The order was processed quickly and the feedback was always prompt and helpful. Unfortunately, four cups were discolored and three saucers did not survive the delivery undamaged. However, the complaint was dealt with quickly and without any problems and the defect was rectified immediately. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would order here again.
