Very poor ceramic printing. Mr. Nagengast must have realized this and promised me that the order could be cancelled if I was not satisfied with the rectification. However, after this had not delivered any better results, there was suddenly no more understanding. At this price, the quality is really subterranean. I found another supplier who achieves much better results, delivers faster and produces at a lower price. The communication was not exactly friendly either - how difficult can it be to start an email with a salutation?
Always friendly and also patient both on the phone and by email. The first time it was T-shirts 👕 Despite somewhat complicated order from us (personalized shirts, each different size & name printed) everything was implemented perfectly & flawlessly! On our Second order it was jackets. We were very satisfied and will be happy to order again next time! We will certainly also recommend you!
