This agency is absolutely not to be recommended. I worked for Promotion Union for 2 months on a trade license and did not receive any money during this time. I was put off with lies or simply ignored and in the end terminated when things got uncomfortable. The tone with new promoters is also questionable, because staff are needed but with such a tone it is more damaging to business than beneficial. Commissions are also assessed and paid according to sympathy rather than performance. Very bad agency, please stay away!

Hereby I will share my experience with this agency and agree with the previous not so good reviews that have been deleted and furthermore I can only say that it is one of the most poorly disorganized and unreliable agency I have worked for in these years. You must be really lucky that the customer really does not notice how you deal with promoters ... What you can definitely expect here as a promoter are : - Cancellations (the assignments are not always safe) - if you times the assignments are confirmed on the phone, I had the experience that I did not get the mail where and with whom the assignment takes place (the person who plans is namely unreliable and babbles a lot of garbage, as everyone says that! So watch out ... - Do not stick to their words and everyone says something else. I must say I had a lot of patience with the whole thing. Finally, I was allowed to get to know the right faces of the agency this week and Mr. Ben Amore with his put on inauthentic way showed me today especially that I should leave it with you, the only thing that really stopped me was the fun of the job and really all the correct team leader, the salary and the times. Ps: I had recommended some of the agency and am ultimately glad that are not joined. And you have lost one of the sweetest and best promoter! 😉
I have not been on the Winston team for long, but I can justifiably say that it is one of the top 3 agencies I have ever worked for as a promoter. Private needs are taken care of, money comes more than on time, the conditions are superfair (rental car if needed, KM-money, travel time can be settled) and also the contact persons always had/have an open ear (big-up to Hayk, Isabel, Karim, Mario and Sidney) for me. You work in a team of two, which makes the whole thing even more pleasant, because you can share the tasks at the customer. Anyone who seriously has something to complain about here simply can't be helped! I really enjoy being at PU GmbH and look forward to the coming year <3.
One of the few agencies where you can count on fair conditions. In addition, you can always enter into dialogue in case of disagreements. Not every employee has the same level of competence, but accordingly they also have their status within the hierarchy. If you approach the right people, there are no problems.
