Unbelievable what nonsense someone writes this company on Amazon (and no, I'm not the dealer). That you have to send a hard drive in case of damage is self-evident, the product is guaranteed not to violate the GDPR (as described by you). If you want such a service, I know some dealers who offer that, you should also pay accordingly for. It is quite normal to pay a surcharge for hard disks if you do not want to send them in in case of a defect (at least quite normal in the professional sector, if you prefer to use consumer hardware that is your problem). That you give such a kind of rating says a lot about the quality of your company.
