Description
ARAG SE, headquartered in Düsseldorf, is a global insurance company. It offers a wide range of insurance solutions, including legal protection, health and accident insurance as well as property insurance. ARAG attaches great importance to offering its employees optimal working conditions and continuously introducing new additional benefits. In this case, the topic was "Mobile working abroad".
Challenge
The aim was to familiarize employees with the new option of mobile working abroad, or MAIA for short. The biggest challenge was to present a legal topic in an understandable and appealing way. The video had to convey the most important framework conditions in a fun and attractive way. It was also important that employees recognize the advantages of this benefit, but also the rules and limitations that apply.
Solution
In the video, we have used the experiences of five employees to illustrate what is possible, what they need to pay attention to and what is not allowed. We chose people from different areas of the company to show that it is available to everyone. In this way, we have anchored the topic directly in the context of employees' actual experiences. At the end, of course, it also shows how easy it is for every employee to apply for MAIA.
