The social media professionals really picked me up on my problem, which was very difficult, right from the first call. I am glad to have turned to social media professionals. I had a competent, friendly and efficient contact person in Ms. Rohr. She effectively helped me to change some settings in Meta. I would never have found this way myself. Her availability was also good. My problems with Meta/Facebook: Blocking on Marketplace could not be fixed. This is a problem with Meta. Ms. Rohr and also Ms. Knecht (before) tried everything, but the strategy here lies with Meta and you have no chance. If I have problems again, I will contact Soial Media Profis again at any time. Highly recommended!
