Our company has just received the 7th unsolicited email in a few weeks from Wordfinder, even though we have never worked with them. I find the emails extremely intrusive. They are written as if contact has already been made.

Email marketing without consent! This company sends us SPAM email marketing without our consent - that's not reputable. "According to Section 7 (2) No. 2 UWG, email advertising without prior express consent generally constitutes unreasonable harassment of the recipient. This applies regardless of whether the recipient is a private individual or a company." There is actually already a warning for the first email, so if it happens again, you are sure to receive a warning from our lawyers. SPAM was reported because there was not even an unsubscribe button.
