I did a 6-month internship at Advise and am very glad I made this decision! A great, young, dynamic team made my everyday life easier. I've been doing my internship at advise for almost six months now and I'm glad I chose advise. I've learned a lot here. At the beginning it is already clear and well planned which introductions we get. Although I always get a headache in the first two weeks😄 because there are always videos or introductions every day. But it was worth it 😍 . In addition, the supervisors and colleagues are very nice and friendly, definitely a very family-oriented work culture :) There are also always cool events where we can get to know each other better.

I have found advise to be a friendly and open team. The team is characterized by its helpfulness and always answers questions with patience and competence. I was particularly impressed by the flexibility regarding the place of work. As a working student, you have the opportunity to work 100% from home. But the option to work on site was also positively received by the team and personal meetings were appreciated. Another plus point is that advise consists of a young team with flat hierarchies. As a result, the atmosphere was always relaxed and friendly, which made communication very pleasant.
