Constantly repeated cold calls without permission. Response to response: I don't care where you got my contact details from and whether you are allowed to make these calls by law or not. I do not want to take part in such surveys and until you have created a way for me to leave my phone number so that I am not called in the first place, this negative rating will remain. In my company, I am bothered by 5 to 10 such calls every day, whether advertising, social research or even statistics, which means that I don't have the time to work elsewhere.

You were called by us as part of a survey for the purpose of market and social research. This is not an advertising call, but we wanted to conduct an interview with you for the purposes of social research. The most important difference between telephone advertising and telephone social research is that you remain completely anonymous as a respondent in market research. We do not want to sell you anything and we do not collect any addresses. In contrast to advertising calls, calls for market research purposes are also permitted without prior consent. This is often not known and therefore it is important for us to inform you about this difference. The telephone numbers for the surveys are randomly generated according to scientific standards in order to comply with the anonymity requirement. For a Germany-wide survey, we use mobile phone numbers in addition to landline numbers, as an increasing proportion of the population can no longer be reached by landline. The so-called mobile phone sample is made available to us for this purpose. This is based on the key data of the number range provided to telephone providers by the Federal Network Agency. In principle, this number range includes all telephone numbers that can be used in Germany. Finally, all mobile numbers that can be used in Germany are generated on the basis of blocks of 10,000. Even those that are not assigned - so we do not know in advance whether a number is assigned at all. A random sample can then be drawn from this pool of numbers. The telephone numbers are destroyed at the end of the study. All information collected during surveys is only analyzed in large groups. It is impossible to draw conclusions about individual persons. As participation in surveys is voluntary, we will of course comply with your request not to call your telephone number again and to delete it from our system. If you have other mobile or landline numbers, it cannot be ruled out that we will also call these as part of a study. If you would like to rule this out, you are welcome to inform us of the numbers in question via [email protected] so that we can block them for surveys. We hope that we have been able to allay your concerns and wish you all the best for the future.

You should get some honest work instead of bothering decent people with your unwanted survey calls. if you want to find out about the green spaces and insects you are phoning about, go outside and form your own opinion but don't annoy other people with your hocus-pocus.
