0Never again Auto de .car purchase went great and uncomplicated. unfortunately, the car had a scratch NOT mentioned and at the beginning I was promised, we take over the costs as soon as a KVO is available. Meanwhile, after 3 months is still doing nothing, no callback, no mail, no communication. As soon as it comes to the complaint, no one wants to know what and this is absolutely the worst service that I have experienced.
1Grotto bad service for complaints !!! One is deliberately not put through to the responsible employee, mails are not processed. Will probably have to call in a lawyer!
2Never again !!! Customer service is only available if you want to buy a vehicle and keep it. When returning a vehicle. Like burn marks in the vehicle you are put on the waiting list for 2-3 months if you don't want to get a new vehicle from them. I have been waiting for my deposit for three months now, even though the vehicle I returned is newly displayed on the sales floor. I have been calling them every day for three weeks and they always say. I will be called back as there is just some important information missing. Conclusion is simply that no one cares more about me although it is only about a measly deposit. In my opinion, it's just sad when the customer service is great only until the money transfer and as soon as there are problems, no one stirs a finger or only more problems arise. But no one can explain it to you or no one can forward you or even write an email let alone a single email. I hope that with this Google review I can finally get the management to contact me. 1If you apply as an employee on the basis of a job advertisement, you get neither an answer nor feedback from Ms. S. on the application. Several calls were made to find out what the status of the application was, without any result. Serious is different.
0I was well supported in the search and after my new car and the processing of the purchase. Particularly noteworthy was the availability of the contact persons, it was always quickly taken care of my question / inquiry.
0Absolute top service ! It is really taken care of and answered directly in case of inquiries. And even if I have quite annoyed my personal consultant, he "Sergie Yakimenko" has always remained calm and been on the spot with good explanations and was able to curb my anticipation a little. I am a very impatient person but here you get the feeling that you are taken care of !
0NEVER buy a car through an intermediary!!! The offer contained many extras, but they turned out to be purely theoretical. At 17500 euros, second registration, the car has no fog lights, heated seats, etc.. Buy only from the authorized dealer for any brand. With intermediaries there is no way to solve these problems.
