The worst rental there is. They left me hanging and although an appointment was made to set up the system, I got there and no one was there. No response to calls and emails. Never again. If you are looking for a reliable rental company, this is definitely the wrong place.

The owner had verbally confirmed in writing the availability of the desired items and then could not be reached by phone. He also did not respond to several emails in the days before the agreed appointment. Now he is not there and I am told that I should have made an appointment. I can only advise against this store. I can't judge the content, but the service is non-existent.

I am super grateful for the great service! At a totally fair price I borrowed a flash set for a photo shoot. When on the day of the shooting (on a Sunday) the technology unfortunately went on strike (which can always happen), someone came by in no time (drove from Ratingen to Cologne), fixed the problem with the replacement I brought along and thus secured my photo shoot. For such a fast, reliable and fairly priced service, I would gladly give more than 5 stars. I would book there again any time.
