We have been loyal and very satisfied customers of Energy Net for over 15 years now and have only ever had positive experiences. Whether it's advice on the purchase, the purchase itself or the administration and maintenance of IT (hardware and software), we always feel that we are in the best of hands. We would particularly like to highlight Mr Posa, who carried out our most recent server change (old Mac server with Windows guest operating system to new Windows terminal server with Mac clients and MS Remote Desktop) in every conceivable situation from the beginning (starting with "which device in which configuration"?) through the entire installation, setup and optimization of hardware and software to the end (commissioning and everything working) extremely competently and always in a good mood. He always found the right solution for every special case or problem, no matter how tricky. Even when it came to telephone appointments with the support of our "industry software" to find one or the other special solution for us, Mr. Posa conducted these for us in order to exclude the "silent post principle" from the outset and to reach the goal quickly. Mr. Posa is undisputedly a master of his trade and we hope that Energy Net is aware of his value to the company.

0I made an appointment via Apple on November 2nd and was received in a friendly manner on November 3rd at 10am without any waiting time and advised on all aspects of my problem. I received calls on every step of the solution process (3rd, 7th and 9th) and was able to take back my device on the 9th with a replaced logic board in top condition. As far as I can see, solid craftsmanship meets friendly communication here, and that's worth a few lines to me.

0I booked an appointment via Apple Support with a precise description of the fault and was told that there might be a cost proposal after 3 days. I don't need to book an appointment and meet with disbelief, then I can send it in straight away. Too bad about the time.
0Made an online appointment for repair. Once there, I was fobbed off with "You have to leave the device here and we will send you a cost estimate". I don't need an appointment for that! 2 hours of expensive working time wasted on a fake service.
