I don't like being harassed!
0Dear Mr. Raubert, in our eyes, it remains difficult to respond to evaluations that basically bad-mouth us for doing our job. In this case, collecting the opinion of the population to provide it to research. We don't want to upset or even bother anyone, and at this point we would like to ask the question again: What would our society be without market and opinion research? How, in your opinion, should valid data be collected on the basis of which decisions are made, forecasts are made, satisfaction is determined or moods in the population are published? We've made this comparison before, but it illustrates our point quite well: Giving a market and opinion research institute a star for trying to contact you is like giving a baker a star for baking or a butcher a star for selling meat. You were contacted by us as part of a survey. As a market and opinion research institute, we are only interested in your opinion. If you do not wish to disclose your opinion, it is perfectly fine. It is enough for the caller to tell you that you are not interested. Participation in surveys is basically voluntary. However, you can make an important contribution with your participation. In this way, reliable information can be provided for sociopolitical and economic institutions. Every vote counts. Those who participate in surveys have a say in the decision-making process. 0Dear Mr. Mayeres, We are a market & opinion research institute that has been conducting surveys in various areas of society and business since 1977, using scientific methods. Our surveys are conducted by telephone, in person or in writing. We work in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act as well as the guidelines of the Arbeitskreis Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitute e.V. (ADM). We are obliged to send our telephone number with every call and all employees involved in the project know what kind of sample it is and where the telephone numbers come from. Why an employee should hang up when asked about the origin of the number is therefore not entirely comprehensible to us and does not correspond to our procedure. I have spoken to colleagues in our telephone studio to see if they have an explanation as to why the contact was broken off. We currently have a large population study in which randomly selected, anonymized telephone numbers are contacted. In some cases, there may be technical issues that cause a call to be disconnected. Usually our staff will try to contact these phone numbers again, but in your case, it was apparently not possible to resume contact. If you need more information, please feel free to contact us. We can arrange for a phone number research that will tell us who called you and when, and what the problem was in contacting you. Regrettably, without your telephone number, we cannot arrange for you to no longer be contacted for study purposes. For a recent study, we obtained a nationwide, anonymized sample that does not include names or addresses. In accordance with data protection regulations, these telephone numbers are dialed by our institute a maximum of 1 time per day and a maximum of 5 times in total before they are removed from the sample. Hello, this is Katrin Richter...I just came by chance on the page of feedbacks. I'm really really angry at some people, what they let off for a garbage about this market research. So seriously???? Where are you getting this from? No way!!!! I have been working as an interviewer for Förster and Thelen for many years. I can tell you,it is mega fun to work for them. There are great products to test. There is money on time! The employees are friendly and data protection is very important. So, first think, then write!!!!
