The acoustics in our old office building were always a disaster. The high walls made it echo in every room and the people we spoke to on the phone often couldn't understand us well. It was unthinkable for two people to talk on the phone in one room. We sought advice from freiraum Akustik and had ceiling sails + acoustic pictures installed. I wouldn't have thought it, but the effect is enormous - the reverberation is completely gone from the rooms and it feels much quieter. People understand you better on the phone - a really good result. The advice was also very good.
