Unbelievable, how can you be so unfriendly and answer a simple question with the words "If you are too stupid I can send you this" and cancel the contract when you complain about such behavior? It's sad that there are people like that... But in the end you can be glad that you don't have to have anything more to do with this company, so thank you very much! Note: You can of course just make up an excuse, as Mr. Fritz does in his comment, I am neither male nor a lawyer, but if you are rude and impertinent to every customer then maybe you just can't remember who exactly is complaining now. Incidentally, Mr. Fritz first wanted to report this review and then have it removed because he didn't like it (until I presented Google with evidence and Google didn't agree to the removal). A little tip: if you don't want bad reviews, just treat your customers well!
4The gentleman is a lawyer and since we have never demonstrably said or written this, it is slander. Fact: The gentleman ordered a "1 core server extension" on Sunday and then called the 24-hour emergency hotline on Sunday morning. As the employee was on the road, he was kindly put off until later. We checked the order and told him in a surprised but friendly manner that he had not ordered a server and that we were canceling the order. He then called the 24-hour emergency hotline again less than 5 minutes later and asked about the status. We explained to him on the phone that 1. he had ordered the wrong product, 2. the emergency hotline is intended for emergencies and we would not be continuing the business relationship - in a friendly and firm manner. It was this gentleman who replied in an unfriendly manner, asking us what this was all about. The process then went on for a while in writing by e-mail, with spelling and German that were not worthy of a lawyer. At least 3 spelling mistakes in every sentence, and he acted like a small child. We have already tried to delete this Google review for misrepresentation of facts and damage to business.

1I had been a web hosting customer of Fritz Gmbh (Ecs Webhosting in the beginning) from 2003-2022 and was satisfied most of the time. Towards 2013 the company revised the hosting offers, whereby a new package became available, which was not only cheaper than my existing package, but also offered a 2gb hosted Exchange mailbox. After contacting the company on 7/6/2013, my package was upgraded. On 11.11.2013 I wanted to activate said Exchange package, but did not find it in my customer interface, only a 5gb package, whereupon Mr. Fritz told me on 12.11 that they had activated it in my customer interface. After that I used the package until the beginning of this year. On 18.1.2022 came a bill for the period 11.2014 (!) -today for an Owa 5gb mailbox that I had never ordered. The link in the email to "they have questions about the bill" did not work (neither mobile, nor Chrome/Firefox Destkop) and underneath is the customer-friendly note "NO TELEPHONE SUPPORT! We will call you back if you have any questions!". So I contacted the company by email on Jan 24 asking for clarification. The amount was collected by direct debit without contact. A week before the expiry of the bank cancellation period, I contacted Fritz again with the notice that I will cancel the collection if they do not respond, which I then did after the deadline. On March 15, after a fait accompli, I received the reply that due to an error in the billing program, the service had not been billed originally and that this would now only be made up for and that they apologized for the late bill. They did not respond to my comment that the invoice was wrongly issued because I had never ordered the service. A little later, I received a payment request for a 15€ service fee for the cancelled invoice. I replied again on 17.3 that besides the fact that I had never ordered the service, it is illegal to bill for services more than 3 years in the past. This mail was not answered. On 9.9. I received another payment request for the "due" amounts. With reference to my previous tickets, I expressly asked for a callback under threat of a lawyer and with reference to the inadmissible demand. This callback was not made. On 21.9. finally came a request for payments of a total of ~90 € for the last 3 years, the old bills were canceled together with a note that the services have been incurred and if I do not pay collection on me. Actually, I would have to file a complaint for invoice fraud. In the end, the free time I would have to invest to keep my 90€ "on principle" is worth more to me than to go to the police, lawyer, etc. and invest who knows how many more hours. I will pay the bill and cancel and can only warn everyone about this customer-unfriendly store, which is not even able to bill the actually ordered packages. And not even calling an almost 20 year old customer for clarification I think speaks for itself. NOT RECOMMENDABLE! EDIT: On 25.9 after this review Mr. Fritz contacted me and admitted the mistake regarding my order, apologized and asked me to delete the review. I replied that I expected a refund of the transfer as a sign that he meant it seriously. However, one would only 1x per week transfers, so it could still take a few days (with Paypal?!?). On 9.11 came the next quarterly bill (but not yet the refund), whereupon I again pointed out my cancellation. No answer. On 9.1. came a payment reminder to which I replied again that I am still owed 90€. On 11.1. came the confirmation that the refund was carried out and all services were closed. EDIT2: A friend told me on 2.6. that the site is still online. No comment. If you are reading this, please really shut down
13We have had the databases for several merchandise management systems (JTL-Wawi) there for a few months. The databases are performant and run really well. Due to a connection failure (on our side) there was a problem with an update and we had to have a backup imported. This worked without problems and super fast. Really top service, thanks for that!

I have been a customer for decades. In very rare cases, my supported websites were once not accessible. The support answered quickly, just now again and was able to solve the problems that occurred or give me hints on how to solve them. It is particularly positive to emphasize that the externally accessible databases have always worked reliably, an UNCONDITIONAL MUST for our operation via Internet or Android program.
