A payout in the form of a β¬5 Amazon voucher requested by TrendsetterClub.de before the changeover did not take place. Numerous other users have reported similar experiences online. I have also experienced that the support team either writes that the ticket has been closed although nothing has happened, sends pointless replies or has recently stopped responding altogether. Although this store has apparently been part of Cint for a while, it can no longer be recommended since its portals were recently converted to Cint technology.

ππππππ I can not recommend this market research platform(Hoerer). One takes part in a study (Up to 19,00β¬ for your opinion / GF23-1301). One fulfills its task concretely. 4 hours time expenditure for this study. And one runs despite fulfillment for my part the money 19 euros ( 5 β¬ euro Per hour) behind. Must write four e-mails. Inquiries, when with the money entrance is to be counted. One is put off. Then after 4 weeks one sees in its account, which 1900 points were credited. 5000 points are 10 Euro so nothing of 19 Euro for the 4 hours study. Now everyone can calculate which 1900 points converted into euro for a value is and then for four hours time expenditure plus 4 times questionnaire fill out. !!!!!!!!! For the 5000 points one needs umpteen studies and one gives too much personal information in no relation to the earnings. I will close my account. Recommendation for this panel equal to zeroπππππππππ . There are better market research institutes in Berlin that pay fair according to the studies. Despite phone numbers on the Internet not reachable by phone. Only the reference please please the request... by e-mail.ππππ Addendum 17.08.2023 Today the rest of the points were credited after several requests / contact by e-mail. πͺπͺ

This company operates several platforms with so-called opinion polls, where my and also experiences from my environment to this are very negative, because there are always problems with the surveys. In various forms...mostly appears after Abfrgae general data the statement....sorry, have already enough...blahblah. and that's it...of course no payment. Then again and again technical problems...funnily enough mostly shortly before the end of the survey...again of course no money. With complaints in this regard, small goodwill numbers are offered from time to time. It would be better if the surveys were handled correctly and paid for as a whole. Conclusion: I have unsubscribed from all portals.

If a participant does not belong to the target group sought by the client, or if enough other participants with the same characteristics have already taken part, then full participation is not possible and, depending on the panel affiliation, no compensation for expenses can be made. The initial questions for the target group definition must not take more than 2-3 minutes. Of course, there can always be technical difficulties. The reasons for this can be on the side of the client, the panel provider or the participant. The support team is there for our community, takes the time to check every request in detail and, if necessary, also lobbies the client for our participants, e.g. to obtain a goodwill credit. We communicate the conditions of our online portals openly and transparently - it is in our interest that the participants know what is happening and what they can expect.
