We would like to clarify the following with regard to the points raised: Your website was created exactly according to the agreed quote. Despite the many customizations that went far beyond the original scope, we generously accepted these changes at no additional cost. After these extensive adjustments, the project was completed to your complete satisfaction and accepted by you. However, we encountered challenges throughout the process, particularly with regard to content delivery. We often received incomplete content and queries from us often went unanswered for weeks or were only partially answered. In addition, new corrections to content that had already been implemented were repeatedly requested instead of final content. These circumstances led to considerable delays and made it difficult to plan our use of resources. Once the website was completed, we offered extensive online training to ensure that you were able to maintain the content of your website independently. Joomla, the content management system we used, allows people without in-depth knowledge of website creation to edit dynamic content. However, as with any content management system, a certain amount of training is required. We understand that any new software comes with challenges, but our training should prepare you to maintain your content. If no maintenance service is required on our part, it is essential that customers familiarize themselves with the system, especially if, as in your case, it was created with many individual elements. In general, maintenance with Joomla is no more complicated or easier than with other systems. We would like to emphasize that we always strive to respond to the needs of all our customers in a timely manner, prioritizing requests according to urgency and the availability of our resources. It is certainly a false statement that we would not respond to your emails for months, which can be demonstrated beyond doubt by our email communications. We received your request regarding the Joomla site update and subsequently prepared an offer in November 2023. Without feedback on our offer, we were unfortunately unable to take any further action. We are still ready to support you with this and other requests. It is our goal to provide professional and efficient solutions for our customers.
