The media training with Nikolai convinced me 100% and opened my eyes to how important it is to be perfectly prepared before we go to the press. The gold nuggets in particular helped me and the many live situation exercises, which were professionally supervised and provided very varied feedback. Absolutely and unreservedly recommended.

I went to Mr. Behr with the aim of improving my appearance during presentations and will definitely book further sessions. I was clearly shown my strengths and weaknesses via video recording and we then did exercises to optimize specific points. You also get a set of tools that you can work with and practise at home. If you are searching for a professional: search no longer. My first experience with DIKT was a couple of years ago. I was lucky enough to be registered by my employer for a communication training in English, in Colmar. The training lasted for about a day and enriched my practice as a communication and marketing professional till this day. During the pandemic, in late 2020, I was charged with organizing a live digital companywide meeting. To ensure quality of the experience and decrease the stress level of the Board, I suggested them to have a training with DIKT. This is how I met with Nikolai. I greatly appreciated the way he was able to lead my management to get out of their comfort zone and make them aware of their messages and the way they could deliver them in front of a camera. Fast forward: a couple of days ago, we broadcasted the latest edition of our company meeting. We decided to change the format. We wanted this event to be inspiring, we wanted it to be enriching, we wanted it to be informative. For this, I asked Nikolai to give a refresher to the board and to become a presenter and moderator. He did a wonderful job at this and really gave life to this event. His professionalism as a trainer and a TV journalist greatly helped us, and me. His experience and advices on all levels (messages, screenplay, directing, …) contributed greatly to make this show a success. All feedbacks I have gathered so far from staff and management are proof. I look forward to our next collaboration!
