We are currently regretting the continuation of our collaboration with mindrevolution. The website was to be renewed by adapting the design and updating the backend to a newer version. Despite years of collaboration, what came afterwards is nothing like what it used to be. In the middle of the project, the company announces a change of strategy. Websites with Umbraco should no longer be a focus. Despite the cost of a premium car, our project is still far from being completed. The website was to be launched with numerous bugs. The client should pay for the bug fixing. We previously had a website from mindrevolution, which was great at the time, with lots of editing functions. The new website still has some minor display errors. Various functions for editing content were deleted without replacement despite the desire to have more flexibility with the new website. It was later justified with the simplicity of editing content. Many users would be overwhelmed with too many functions. In the new dealer search that was implemented, the text field does not work with the entry of zip codes. No address or e-mail address is displayed for dealer flags. These are things that we actually took for granted. Unfortunately, these are just a few examples of many more. We can only assume that various personnel changes have led to this. It is a real shame that the management no longer provides sufficient quality assurance. We regret that it is not possible to make contact other than here. E-mails are not responded to or are responded to very late.
