The challenge: As part of a change process, marketing and sales channels are to become more digital. Although the search area was used for this in the past, there was no holistic strategy to fully accompany the user on often longer customer journeys.
After separating the campaigns into B2B and B2C, the keywords were first revised and the ads analyzed. With new ads and a completely revised bidding strategy, the entire customer journey was now covered with the aim of better addressing the different interests.
With the help of target group-specific targeting, it was possible to exploit significantly more of the market potential without significantly increasing the budget.
Because of the outstanding results, the campaign was awarded the prestigious SEMY search marketing prize at SMX Munich.
