Addition to the origin evaluation: Trust 1/ Moovesell decided to take on the cases promised in the contract. These were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The deduction point is for the effort we incurred. _________________________________________________________________ The project "To improve buyer ratings on our (store) websites" was initially planned for one year. The support of Trust1 (Movesell GmbH) was to be limited to a certain number of cases for the calendar year. We had redeemed 25% of them by the halfway point of the year, suddenly we were told that the company would be dissolved. Only after repeated inquiries was a partial amount of about 25% returned to us, which is far from the amount that should have been credited back to us. The service provided by Trust1 was thus limited to 4 remote evaluations and a monthly statistic that an IT student in the first semester would do better. Apparently a very good business strategy to make a lot of money with little work. Hiring a lawyer directly on these bad reviews would have been cheaper for sure.
