Unfortunately, I cannot describe anything because the fine Bavarians are not able to answer a question. If this is the case before the purchase of a price-intensive product, what happens after the purchase in the event of problems? Then it is better to buy outside Germany.

0Defect of a switch during warranty: Device sent in - came back unprocessed - "wrong address" - in-house mail - no response! I am supposed to open a support case online. The page is so poorly programmed that this hardly seems possible - video upload is required, but does not work, drag and drop - missing! Finger away from products of the house!!!
0I was looking for a switch that can be operated via PoE-In, my choice fell on a product of the brand NETGEAR. Unfortunately, I had to find out during commissioning that the web interface is only fully usable if you register the device online. In addition, the web interface asks for the registration status every time you log in online. In my eyes, this is an absolute no-go! The device now does its job, but it was definitely my first and last purchase of a NETGEAR product!
0First of all (and most importantly), I've had my Netgear product for years and it's been running perfectly. Now I wanted to buy something additional and had questions - then the support: "The answer is only when you open an account with us". I said: "Do you still have (remaining stocks) of this device (s) [because: I would buy immediately] or are other devices from NETGEAR compatible - before I unload a bunch of personal data with you? Answer: "I'll give you the answer when you give me your account opening information." HONESTLY: Huh?? IS IT STILL HAPPENING? You would have gotten the data easily if I had bought something - but playing data octopus IN ADVANCE: ridiculous. I'd rather change product AND company.
0Excuse me? An account requirement to configure switches? Hardware from NETGEAR flies out. Netgear has never been yellow from the egg anyway!

Best products, my internet has never been faster. Can not understand all this here.
1Service poor, firmware updates from mobile routers for years without, update check hardly possible. Never again Netgear device.
