I worked for NoceanZ for several years and can only recommend it. Independent work in a family atmosphere with flat hierarchies. You are not a number. Personal events are taken care of. The location is Europe wide. Good hotel rooms were organized and paid for. The breakfast also😉

I often worked for NoceanZ GmbH in addition to my studies in order to finance my studies. I can honestly say that of all the part-time jobs I did as a student, NoceanZ is one of the best employers. - the pay is above average even for unskilled workers - the payment comes on time and without unnecessary deductions - the contact person regarding the organization of the assignments is super eager and always looks for a suitable solution for the employees (with which everyone can be satisfied) - there is a contractual arrangement and thus a security for the auxiliary (moonlighting does not exist!) - The manager is very empathetic towards his employees and always tries to organize the best for them. Last but not least, there is one special feature that I have not yet experienced with other employers in the field of market research... In this field, it is often a question of interviewing specific target groups. When interacting with people, conflicts can naturally arise that are perhaps more difficult for unskilled assistants to deal with than for experienced employees. The manager (Michael) is very sympathetic and understanding towards his assistants, especially in such situations. He changes perspective and tries to support his employees. This is a quality that, in my opinion, makes a good manager. I have experienced this situation myself and it made me feel well taken care of as an employee. I can recommend NoceanZ GmbH as an employer without compromise.

Great career start after graduation. Very varied and interesting projects. The team is great and there is a family atmosphere.
