Lure offers, bots, data collection - CAUTION! This was my only and probably last contact with a recruiting company. Since then, the calls from recruiters at my current employer have been piling up. So if you don't feel like justifying unpleasant calls to your boss, you should avoid contact with these recruiters. - Use bots for automated cover letters. The simple question of why I was forwarded from the original recruiter to another recruiter ended up with him giving a variety of names, but not the actual name of the "recruiter". Continued to be contacted by several "recruiters" even after I had already made contact. - Insistently interested in personal data (private/professional telephone number, private e-mail address). I do not pass on personal data on the Internet and use e-mail relays. The contact person was almost angry that I didn't want to be contacted by phone and had blacked out all the fields with personal data in my CV. According to him, the CV was only necessary to get an overview of my skills. - A "recruiter" from this company wrote to me on a professional networking site. He was supposed to find a suitable candidate for a position on behalf of a large and well-known company. I was the "perfect match", he said. We had a personal interview. In this interview, he directly recommended other companies/jobs to me in case the company didn't work out. I waved him off and emphasized my interest in the position I was actually interested in. After this conversation there was silence. I contacted the company I was originally interested in. It turned out that the company was working with "One Hiring", but the position I had applied for, or something similar, did not exist. A very unsightly bait-and-switch practice that "One Hiring" is using here. - Deletes reviews on other platforms.

You are called by a different employee almost every week to get an "interesting" offer. Despite expressing several times that you are not interested, you are called again. I'm sorry, but this is simply neither professional nor serious. Xing is used to suggest "exciting" jobs. My highlight from last week was an offer for an audit assistant position. It's a perfect fit if you're already a manager... Dear OneHiring team, you won't get any talent that you can place this way.... Especially as word has spread among colleagues about the aggressive marketing and none of us are interested in being placed by this company.

I had a long conversation with Mr. Segedom. He placed a lot of emphasis on the fact that One-Hiring is very different from other headhunters...blah blah blah...and that older employees are also placed...blah blah blah. I was then allowed to enter all my data into their online portal myself. Since the "Success Manager" never contacted me again, I logged in for fun and read the following: Your profile has not yet been approved Thank you for registering with ONE HIRING. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your job search at the moment. We wish you all the best and hope to be able to help you in the future. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Success Manager. I should have guessed that I wouldn't hear anything more from the youngster. He's just a headhunter like all the others: If you have to put in a little more work than forwarding a profile once or twice, then the one-hiring approach is over. In future, I will no longer have conversations with young headhunters ... Excuse me ... Success Managers. It's a waste of time. Update from 12.10.2023: And once again the guys approached me and made big promises. Thank you Mr. Halfmann for nothing. Places IT people and doesn't even know the simplest IT terms. Stammeringly reads off the client's job offer. Ridiculous.

Not to be outdone in terms of persistence, several cell phone numbers already blocked. I haven't answered for weeks. They even called my current employer and wanted to talk to me.

You always have to chase after the headhunters and make follow-up calls. No more information is given about the processes as soon as you have not been placed. Transparency is a one-way street here. I have rarely heard so many excuses as from the headhunter at One Hiring. Another day, another headhunter from One Hiring called me. I told him about my criticism and he wanted to straighten it out. I have been waiting for an answer for months.

This aggressive marketing really pisses me off. I don't remember ever giving them my company cell phone number. I have stressed several times over the last 2-3 years that I don't want to receive any more calls from you!!!! However, I received another missed call today and I can't imagine it's okay privacy-wise for you to keep calling me. Seems I really have to consider taking legal action should you continue to harass me!!!! Meanwhile, I am really very upset and find the behavior maximum unprofessional!

Cold call to my business number. This is a new level of impertinence. I have filed a complaint with the BNetz agency.

Even after multiple notices to stop contacting me by phone and multiple requests to delete my data, I still receive very intrusive calls from this company. I can only recommend to everyone, especially with OneHiring, to be very careful about the contact information you provide them.
