Description
Bring skilled workers to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region (awareness) and retain them in the long term (loyalty). Establish the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region at the center of Europe as an ideal place to work, live and work (skilled worker magnet).
Challenge
The strategy in marketing and communication was lacking and we first had to create the basis.
Solution
Workshop to sharpen verbal and visual communication. Conception and implementation of the "More opportunities" campaign. Creation of an umbrella and specific specialist communication for a stringent new appearance. Definition of target groups and focus points. Visual strategy, conception and implementation (image motifs, layout). Social media strategy (owned, paid).
Pitch presentation and package creation for the integration of partner companies
in the region. Handling of photo and video photo shoots for the partner companies
and the region.
Results
In recent months, we have worked a lot on communication and the associated presence of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.
Our aim was to put specialist communication on the map and thus position the region as a liveable, attractive and future-proof region. With a presence in the digital media, we have developed the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region to a very good reach of 7.1 million impressions since April 2023 with minimal resources. Since tracking has been active (23.4.2023), 65,692 visits have been registered on the site. Channels such as Instagram, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn have been used stringently and effectively since then. In addition to the organic reach, paid advertising was also used in the digital channels.
MRN partners such as BASF, Freudenberg, John Deere, MVV etc. were also included in the campaign in order to create added value for everyone involved.
