I have been waiting for my expense allowance since May 2. I wrote an e-mail with the reply that the study ended on May 23 and that I should now wait another four weeks. You can't be serious, can you? Now I'm waiting eight weeks until I get my allowance. What has happened to Sago? Nobody can be reached by phone and now I have to chase after my money. Since Sago... Worst case! Nobody can be reached by phone, emails disappear into nirvana. Just received surveys - offers cannot be answered because "Bad Request" appears in the browser or the quota is already full. The buttons in the survey slip from yes to no and vice versa when you click on "Next" ...thus no longer a target group...and so on^^^^^. What has become of Schmiedl? Sago = Waist Time!

Unfortunately, the market research company Sago can no longer be recommended at all. You have to wait in vain for the payout. In my experience, it is only taken care of when you contact them by e-mail. Unfortunately, it is also very disorganized. I wanted to pick up a test kit for market research and had to wait almost 2 hours for it, only to be told that it wouldn't work today. I was then unable to carry out the market research the following day and the time I had taken off work was wasted. I was promised compensation, but unfortunately I have still not received it. I would not want to take part in another study here. The only praise goes to the nice and friendly staff at reception!

Definitely NOT recommended! You should be warned much more against taking part in a study here! You only have trouble and problems. It is sad to see what has become of the reliable and professional Schmidl market research. Since the switch to Sago, you just get annoyed. You wait weeks to months for payouts and if you want to ask about the current status, you have to search forever for a contact person and then rarely/never get an answer. There are much more competent institutions in Munich.

Money unfortunately still not received since December 2023.

Mrs. Schmiedl called while I was locking up my bike. Was already there, but I had to search for another 2 minutes before I rushed up the stairs. When I got to the top at Neuhauser Straße 27, they just shook their heads and impertinently told me that I could leave straight away. At first I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't. Never again!!! Nobody told me that I should have arrived 15 minutes earlier???? I have never experienced anything like this at the former Schmiedl market research.

Unfortunately, I have to agree in full with the most recently submitted reviews. What has become of the once reliable Schmiedl Marktforschung and its successor Schlesinger Group? Sago - obviously a dubious, unreliable company. I have also been waiting for my incentive since 07.11.2023, have written several emails and called in vain. On the phone, for example, you get the automated message to please contact Sago by email! Thanks for the tip. At the end of December, I actually received a reply saying that my email had been forwarded to the project manager (name withheld) and the accounts department and to please be patient, as there would be delays due to the holidays. I have been patient since the beginning of November last year, the holidays are now over and no money has been transferred. No reply to my new email dated 15.01.2024. Does anyone at Sago still feel responsible for the study participants, without whom, in my opinion, no market research is possible?

1 star is a huge compliment, sadly was collaborating with the company back in August and 4 months later (of course) no follow-ups, answers on emails, payment received. And this after several attempts to contact via email on all possible addresses. Absolutely outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

I've been waiting more than six weeks for my payment, before that the wrong amount was transferred for another study! Rip-off company, just keep your hands off it!!!!
