Unfortunately, we had to accept the total drop in sales during the time of support by the above-mentioned specialists, without words - never again. Since we have been taking care of our Adwords account ourselves, we have had growth rates that make our banker smile.
Dear Simon, it's a pity that you only gave us one star instead of 2 or 3. After all, our ad texts continued to run for at least another year, so we weren't completely bad. The care of your Google Ads account is still a lesson for us, namely that we do not listen to customer requests and rely on Google's automatisms, as you wanted with the dynamic campaign. Rather, we think it makes more sense to save costs on ad placement and successively build up manually controlled campaigns. This is also the basis for our 3-month notice period. I am sure that your campaigns created by us ran properly 3 months after launch. Anyway, we are glad that you continued your business after our encouragement at the end of December 2017!
