Unfortunately, they provide relatively little service. Some of them don't seem really professional and take over 1500€ in months when you don't have any ads about them. For nothing and nothing again

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with Suchhelden. 1. it took 1 year longer than planned to relaunch our website 3. orders for further development or other small changes to the website are simply ignored 4. Suchhelden does not respond to my emails or phone calls A lot of things went wrong, but I don't want to list them all here because I have already sacrificed a lot of my time with this company.
We have been working with Suchhelden for almost 2 years. Right from the start, we have communicated well, openly and transparently. Inquiries are answered quickly, at the latest during our next weekly jour fixe. Our contacts are very competent and extremely pleasant contemporaries. The occasional contact with all the other team members is also always very pleasant. The commitment and hands-on mentality of the search heroes are above average and truly remarkable. Billing is fair and transparent. Every minute spent is precisely documented. When there is a lot to do, the search heroes work more without grumbling or even mentioning it. Unfortunately, we often have the opposite experience with other agencies: high bills, below-average commitment. This is where the search heroes stand out very positively.
