Catastrophic support response times. It is stated that the normal support can have response times of up to 5 weeks, but after over 7 weeks I still have not received an answer for a simple issue. In the time of course the trial version of the plugin has expired so that I can not even try myself. Update from 1 to 5 stars: support called me immediately and solved the problem via remote desktop. The trial period of the plugin was also extended. I understand the problem with the high workload, but I have never had such waiting times anywhere. However, the work is done very quickly so that the Prio Support can definitely be considered.

With Visitmedia Software Victor you can synchronize data stock quantities addresses etc (everything you need) immediately with several companies, excellent performance At Visitmedia they know better with JTL than JTL itself

1Have ordered the Metapace K-2 replacement lock delivery has fit. What was not included is the clamp spring with which you can attach the lock. On the website, the lock is shown without a spring clamp, I have not paid attention. Where do you get a suitable clamping spring that is included with every cheap mailbox lock from the hardware store no idea. The springs are probably not even standardized so it is difficult or impossible for end users to get the right spring to the lock. At a price of 18 € with shipping you can expect that this part is included. My inquiries to the supplier led to nirvana, either can or would not help me there! Conclusion explicitly buy where the clamp spring is offered with. 1. I have not claimed that it is the Metapace K-2 a hardware store - article. 2. your reference that Visitmedia is not a hardware store, shows that they apparently do not tolerate criticism. 3. as already mentioned, with the cheap mailbox lock from the hardware store, the clamp is included. 4. I sent them a sample photo of a lock with clamp to show which (spring) clamp I need. They never asked me for a picture of my cash register. I will gladly send you all the emails I have saved. Here again the exact wording from their side: Dear Mr. ........, could you tell me exactly which spring you mean? I only know the lock nut on the locks, so that the lock can be fastened. Is there a spring on your current lock? I would also be happy to ask the manufacturer again. 1Dear Mr. Eichner, it is a pity that you give us a bad rating. You contacted us because you ordered a special lock for a Metapace K-2 cash register. The lock you ordered does not show a bracket in the picture and the manufacturer does not supply a bracket for this lock either. This is a replacement part for cash register drawers and not a hardware store item. We are a specialty retailer for Warehouse & POS Hardware. As you have already noticed we are not a hardware store You could have easily got a suitable lock for less than 5€ in Nuremberg, at the hardware store around the corner. Instead, you ordered a special replacement part for a cash register from us for 20€. Could it be that you are banned from DIY stores, so you desperately order a lock from a special online store? You could also have gotten a lock for 5€ at amazon. There would certainly be a clamp there as well. We asked you for a picture of your cash register and the lock you used. You then sent us a picture from amazon and at the same time wrote to us that it was a different lock. The picture is of the lock for the Metapace K-1! So a completely different model. This lock is also in our range and can be purchased. There would then also be your desired "clamp". After my question which key number you have came only a patzige answer that I do not want to help you. So I assume that you do not have a cash register at all. Because I would have then exchanged the lock and sent you the other. Since one can also not see your reviews in your profile, we assume that you are regularly contacted for reviews and do them. Since I'm in Nuremberg in the near future, I will be happy to visit you in person to look at your cash register and the problem with the clamp. We took extra photos of the product. There is no clamp to be seen there. Why do you insist so much on this clamp, which is not shown in our photos and is not supplied by the manufacturer? You can use the old clamp of your cash register, where the lock is installed. 4. 4. you can also send me a photo of a roll to show me which pasta you mean but if you buy a pretzel it is still not a roll. We told you after your mail that it is a completely different lock and also sent you the link. If you had informed yourself in advance or oriented yourself to the pictures that we have specially made, you could have saved yourself all the fuss. Also, your review came 5 minutes after your last mail: "this picture only serves as an example for you which clamping spring I am missing. Probably they can not or do not want to help me further. Have a nice day." Feel free to email us so we can get this off the table. We don't want to exchange long and wide on the Internet because of a 15€ article.
